Europe-based UX research project on smartphones. How does the smartphone usage change the decision-making process behind purchase? We were asked to follow consumers in France, Italy, and Spain to observe emerging new behaviours.
Method & Results:
After using usual qualitative methods including interviewing and observation in the field, we followed some users in their use around the smartphone. Our knowledge has helped GOOGLE make its case when it talks to the main players in the retail world across Europe.
