Method & Results:
We scouted and recruited in the field of people living with a handicap in various countries around the globe (Chile, China, USA, India).
The insights this research brought to the table helped Boeing successfully implement inclusive design elements in its newest airplanes and especially around all security-related items.
The numbers tell a clear story: People in Thailand and Indonesia are watching more YouTube than ever. But what’s the story behind those millions of hours of watch time?
